Depending on your location, shipping times is quoted by the mail carrier as 4 - 12 business days.

90-Day Happiness Return Policy

Turns out you don't like your purchase?  No worries!  I want you to be happy and satisfied.  I will refund your purchase upon returning the artwork within 90 days of receiving your item. 

Unfortunately, custom personalized orders (unless damaged during shipping) and used items (i.e., cutting boards) can not be returned.
