Refund policy

Our sincere hope is that you love your purchase.  We hope that it goes perfectly with your existing decor and that you think it is the cutest thing you ever bought.

However, we understand that not everything goes according to plan.  Sometimes things look better online than they do in your home.

With this in mind, we want you to be happy and satisfied.  Why, because we're customers too and hate the disappointment of not liking something when it finally comes in the mail. 

When you buy an item from My Kitchen Adorned, take some time to decide if you like it or not.  

If you decide that you don't just love it, you can send it back to us within 90 days of your receiving it at no charge and no questions asked.

All you have to do is contact us at support@mykitchenadorned.com and I'll get the ball rolling.  I'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.  I will process your refund at the purchase price once I receive your item.  Sound fair?

Refunds
Once I receive your returned item, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me at support@mykitchenadorned.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
